Terms of Purchase – NDD Store

Welcome to the NDD Store – Products for people with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NDD).
Here you'll find our current terms for purchasing, delivery, and product usage.

Orders and Order Confirmation

When you place an order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. You will also receive ongoing updates about your delivery status via email.

We currenly only sell our products in Sweden. 

Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

As a consumer in Sweden, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, according to the Distance Selling Act. To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Contact us at info@npfbutiken.nu within 14 days.

• Return the product unused and in its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we have received and approved the return, the full product amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as used at the time of purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products with opened packaging that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.

• Custom-made products according to customer specifications.

Complaints and Faulty Products

You have the right to make a complaint about a defective or damaged product under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, within three years from the date of purchase. To do so:

• Contact us as soon as possible at info@npfbutiken.nu.

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and preferably a photo.

If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Delivery Time

Our products are usually shipped within 2 business days after the order is received. Delivery to the customer typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen. In the event of delays, you will be notified via email.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
Shipping costs are added and shown at checkout before payment.

We offer the following payment options:

• Klarna

• Credit och debit card via Stripe 

Payments are processed through secure and trusted payment services.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to shop at the NPF Store.

All content (texts, illustrations, educational materials) is protected under copyright law. You may:

✔️ Use the material for personal use or within your family/school
❌ Not copy, distribute, or sell the material
❌ Not share the material with colleagues or third parties without written permission

Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. The data is used to:

• Process and deliver your order

• Send order confirmation

• Contact you if necessary

• Send relevant customer information and offers

You have the right to request, correct, or delete your data. Contact us if needed.
